Salesperson: 40 hours of pre-licensing education for SALES Massachusetts real estate exam
(tuition & books $380)

Broker: 40 hours for pre-licensing education for BROKER Massachusetts real estate exam(tuition & books $400)

* PLEASE register ahead for all classes: call the office or send in the registration form


Free Repeat Option: All students are eligible to repeat any part or all of the courses as often as they feel necessary for up to two years at NO additional cost.
