Salesperson: 24 hours of pre-licensing education for SALES Massachusetts real estate exam
(tuition & books $225)

Broker: 30 hours for pre-licensing education for BROKER Massachusetts real estate exam
(tuition & books $275)

Continuing Education: 12 hours of CONTINUING EDUCATION as now required by the Commonwealth
(tuition $130 + book $30 = $160)
